Senators Green, Hoffman, Lincoln, Salo, Taylor, Torgerson were absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Pastor Kermit Wilson of the First Church of God. Senator Kelly led the Senate in the pledge of allegiance. The presence of Senators Lincoln, Torgerson, Green was noted. CERTIFICATION Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal for the second legislative day and Senate and House Joint Journal Supplement No. 13 be approved as certified by the Secretary.
