We thank You for Your word, which instructs us to make a joyful noise unto the Lord, to serve the Lord with gladness, to come before His presence with singing to know that the Lord, He is God. It is He that has made us and not we ourselves, and we are His people, the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with singing and into His courts with praise. Be thankful unto Him and bless His name, for the Lord is good, His mercy is everlasting and His truth endures to all generations. Lord, we pray for a right attitude with every challenge that we face today, knowing that it is not the gail but the set of our sail that determines our course. We pray that You'll help us to set our course with an attitude of gratitude with every situation that we face. 761 1995-03-23 Senate Journal Page 0762 Lord, we ask You to bring a refreshing to our hearts by Your presence today.
