Pursuant to adjournment the Senate was called to order by President

The roll showed thirteen members present.  Senators Donley,                    
Duncan, Ellis, Halford, Kelly, Salo were excused from a call of the            
Senate.  Senator Frank was absent.                                             
                                                                               
The prayer was offered by the choir of St. Nicholas Russian                    
Orthodox Church.  Amos Wallace, Dorothy Wallace, Eunice Akagi,                 
Richard Dauenhauer, Xenia Oleksa, Selina Everson and Amy Nelson                
sang the Lord's Prayer in Tlingit.  Senator Zharoff moved and asked            
unanimous consent that the prayer be spread.  Without objection, it
