Senators Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Halford, Kelly, Salo were excused from a call of the Senate. Senator Frank was absent. The prayer was offered by the choir of St. Nicholas Russian Orthodox Church. Amos Wallace, Dorothy Wallace, Eunice Akagi, Richard Dauenhauer, Xenia Oleksa, Selina Everson and Amy Nelson sang the Lord's Prayer in Tlingit.
