There being no further objections, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 304(RLS) am was automatically in third reading. The question to be reconsidered: Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 304(RLS) am An Act relating to the permanent disqualification of certain individuals who have been absent from the state for payments under the longevity bonus program; relating to unpaid sabbaticals under the longevity bonus program; and providing for an effective date pass the Senate? Senator Halford moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clauses. Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment. SB 264 Senator Rieger requested that the reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 264(JUD) An Act limiting the authority of courts to suspend the imposition of sentence in criminal cases be taken up.
