Roll call showed 26 members present.  Representative Robinson had              
been previously excused from a call of the House today but her                 
presence was noted later.  Representative Nicholia had been previously         
excused from a call of the House today.  Representatives Brice,                
Brown, Davies, B.Davis, Elton, Finkelstein, Grussendorf, Hanley,               
Kubina, Mackie, Navarre and Sanders were absent and their presence

The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Ladjamaya of the Baha'i            
Faith.  Representative Bunde moved and asked unanimous consent that            
the invocation be spread on the journal.  There being no objection, it
