SB 93
Representative Nicholia brought up reconsideration of the vote on
HCSCSSB93(RES) (page 1960).
The following was again before the House in third reading:

Highway; and providing for an effective date."
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCSCSSB93(RES) pass the

SB 93
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the
roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the
effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
HCSCSSB93(RES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
