CSHB 413(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 474 The following, which had been held over from the April 1, 1996, calendar (page 3550), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 474(JUD) An Act relating to violations of municipal ordinances and regulations, and to civil penalties for violation of municipal ordinances by juveniles. Representative Navarre placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The Speaker stated that, without objection, CSHB 474(JUD) would be held in third reading until the April 3, 1996, calendar. There being no objection, it was so ordered.
