Relating to the rules of the Iditarod Trail Committee concerning              
the deaths of dogs that occur during the running of the Iditarod               
Dog Sled Race.                                                                 
                                                                               
                                                                               
There being no objection, HR 13 was withdrawn.                                 
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the            the 
House revert to Messages from the Senate.  There being no objection,

and Rule 9, Alaska Rules of Administration; and providing for an

Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSHB 314(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes.
