Senator Dunbar was excused from a call of the Senate. The prayer was sung by the Chaplain, Reverend Bobby Lewis of the New Light Baptist Church in Harlem, New York. Senator Hoffman moved and asked unanimous consent the prayer be spread. Without objection, it was so ordered.
