BARGAINING AGREEMENTS. The monetary terms for the fiscal                                                                        
year ending June 30, 2027, of each of the collective bargaining                                                                 
agreements listed in this section are rejected under AS 23.40.215                                                               
unless separate legislation is enacted that contains explicit language                                                          
approving the monetary terms of that agreement. Money appropriated                                                              
in sec. 1 of this Act may not be used to implement the monetary terms                                                           
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, of any of the collective                                                              
bargaining agreements listed in this section unless separate legislation                                                        
is enacted that contains explicit language approving the monetary                                                               
terms of the collective bargaining agreement. This section applies to
