SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 19 Urging the United States                                                                         
Congress to honor the terms of the Mineral Leasing Act and the                                                                  
Alaska Statehood Act and provide the state with a 90 percent share of                                                           
all bonuses, royalties, and rentals received by the federal government                                                          
from the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge and the National Petroleum                                                             
Reserve in Alaska, was read the second time.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Wielechowski, Vice Chair, moved and asked unanimous                                                                     
consent for the adoption of the Resources Committee Substitute                                                                  
offered on page 952. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT                                                                     
RESOLUTION NO. 19(RES) was adopted.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                                                                         
NO. 19(RES) will advance to third reading on the May 5 calendar.
