Congress to pass the Ensuring Lasting Smiles Act; and urging                                                                    
lawmakers to advocate for policies that guarantee equitable access to                                                           
vital healthcare, was read the second time.                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 16 will                                                                    
advance to third reading on the May 12 calendar.
