States Congress to award Hmong veterans of the Vietnam War the                                                                  
Congressional Gold Medal, was read the second time.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 10 will                                                                    
advance to third reading on the March 17 calendar.
