Senator Kawasaki, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the State Affairs Committee Substitute offered on page                                                              
2321. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 282(STA) was                                                                    
adopted.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 282(STA) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the May 12 calendar.
