Message dated June 12 was received stating the Governor has let the                                                             
following bill become law without signature and transmitted the                                                                 
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for                                                           
permanent filing:                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 137(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
         extending the termination date of the Board of                                                                         
         Certified Direct-Entry Midwives; extending the                                                                         
         termination date of the Board of Nursing; extending                                                                    
         the termination date of the Board of Veterinary                                                                        
         Examiners; extending the termination date of the
