SENATE BILL NO. 137 "An Act extending the termination date of                                                                   
the Board of Certified Direct-Entry Midwives; extending the                                                                     
termination date of the Board of Nursing; extending the termination                                                             
date of the Board of Parole; and providing for an effective date" was

Senator Hoffman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for                                                                 
the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered today.                                                                 
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 137(FIN) "An Act                                                                      
extending the termination date of the Board of Certified Direct-Entry                                                           
Midwives; extending the termination date of the Board of Nursing;                                                               
extending the termination date of the Board of Veterinary Examiners;                                                            
extending the termination date of the Board of Parole; and providing                                                            
for an effective date" was adopted.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 137(FIN) will                                                                   
advance to third reading on the May 5 calendar.
