Message dated July 15 was received stating the Governor has let the                                                             
following bill become law without signature and transmitted the                                                                 
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for                                                           
permanent filing:                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 133(L&C) "An Act                                                                                
         relating to prior authorization requests for medical                                                                   
         care covered by a health care insurer; relating to a                                                                   
         prior authorization application programming                                                                            
         interface; relating to step therapy; and providing for
