The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 16                                                              
calendar (page 1238), was read the third time:                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE BILL NO. 95                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to the child care assistance program and the child                                                         
    care grant program; and providing for an effective date."                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
Representative Johnson, citing Mason's Manual Section 111, rose to a                                                            
point of order regarding discussing matters awaiting adjudication                                                               
before a judicial tribunal.                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that the point was out of order.

Senate.
