Senator Dunbar, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Health and Social Services Committee Substitute                                                                 
offered on page 511. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL                                                                      
NO. 83(HSS) "An Act relating to health care insurance; relating to                                                              
insurance reimbursement for health care services provided through                                                               
telehealth; relating to telehealth; providing for an effective date by                                                          
repealing the effective date of secs. 9 and 10, ch. 38, SLA 2022; and                                                           
providing for an effective date" was adopted.                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 83(HSS) will                                                                    
advance to third reading on the May 5 calendar.
