Uniform Rule 23 be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 52 "An Act                                                                         
relating to the day on which ballots are counted in an election; relating                                                       
to absentee voting; and relating to early voting" for the State Affairs                                                         
Committee meeting on January 30. Without objection, it was so                                                                   
ordered.
