Message dated June 6 was received stating the Governor has let the                                                              
following bill become law without signature and transmitted the                                                                 
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for                                                           
permanent filing:                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 47(RES) "An Act                                                                                 
         relating to Chugach State Park; and providing for an
