Honoring the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of                                                             
Independence and celebrating the 250th birthday of the United States                                                            
of America, was read the second time and was before the Senate on                                                               
final passage.                                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT                                                                              
RESOLUTION NO. 9(STA) am Honoring the 250th anniversary of                                                                      
the signing of the Declaration of Independence and celebrating the                                                              
250th birthday of the United States of America, pass the Senate?" The
