Full Journal pdf2026-05-20 House Journal Page 2999 HB 302 A message dated May 20 was received stating the Senate passed: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 302(L&C) "An Act relating to travel insurance; and providing for an effective date." with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 302(TRA) am S "An Act relating to travel insurance; relating to the business of insurance; relating to exceptions to prohibited rebates; relating to the powers of the director of the division of insurance; relating to prohibited practices in the advertisement of insurance; relating to unemployment benefits; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 28 - title change resolution) HB 302 Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2026-05-20 House Journal Page 3000 Representative Kopp moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?"
