Full Journal pdf2026-05-20 House Journal Page 2983 HB 280 A message dated May 20 was received stating the Senate passed CSHB 280(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for consideration: SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 280(FIN) "An Act relating to the Multistate Tax Compact; relating to apportionment of income to the state, including the apportionment of income of broadcasters, financial institutions, and telecommunications service providers; and providing for an effective date." HB 280 Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kopp moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?" Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 280(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
