the Senate amendment to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 265(FIN) am                                                                       
and respectfully requests the Senate to recede from its amendment,

          NO. 265(FIN) "An Act making appropriations for the                                                                    
          operating and capital expenses of the state's

Senator Giessel moved the Senate recede from its amendment and                                                                  
recommended the body vote no.
