A message dated May 20 was received stating the Senate adopted the                                                              
Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report                                                              
on CSHB 265(FIN) am  and SCS CSHB 265(FIN), thus adopting:                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
    CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 265                                                                                        
    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                 
    expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                              
    program; and providing for an effective date."                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
The House adopted CCS HB 265 (page 2953).                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
CCS HB 265 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and                                                                  
enrollment.
