Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                  
House consider the Senate message (page 2012) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
      HOUSE BILL NO. 194                                                                                                        
      "An Act approving and ratifying the sale of royalty oil by the State                                                      
      of Alaska to Marathon Petroleum Supply and Trading Company

      "An Act establishing an income tax on certain entities producing

      sale of royalty oil by the State of Alaska to Marathon Petroleum                                                          
      Supply and Trading Company LLC."                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Representative Galvin moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain                                                              
from voting because of a conflict of interest.  Objection was heard, and                                                        
she was required to vote.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Kopp moved that the House concur in the Senate                                                                   
amendment and recommended that the members vote no.                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall the House concur in the Senate
