Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Costello: Page 6, following line 17: Insert a new subsection to read: "(c) An emergency medical technician or mobile intensive care paramedic may not provide emergency medical services to an operational canine under (a) of this section if a person requires emergency medical services from the emergency medical technician or mobile intensive care paramedic." Representative Costello moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 70(L&C) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. 2025-04-23 House Journal Page 0862 There was objection.
