The Speaker stated that, without objection, the following, which was                                                            
held in second reading from the April 11 calendar (page 674), would                                                             
be held in second reading to the April 15 calendar:                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 55                                                                                                          
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                
     expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                             
     program; and providing for an effective date."
