Full Journal pdf2026-05-20 House Journal Page 2998 HB 13 Representative Moore moved that the House rescind previous action in adopting (page 2985): SENATE CS FOR CS FOR SS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 13(STA) "An Act relating to optional municipal property tax exemptions for real property owned and occupied by volunteer certified or licensed providers of fire fighting, emergency medical, mobile intensive care paramedic services, or hazardous materials response services; relating to optional municipal property tax exemptions for certain long-term rental units, certain mobile home parks, real property rented to low-income families, real property owned and occupied as a permanent place of abode, and real property owned by first-time homebuyers; and relating to municipal tax refunds." (SCR 14 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kopp moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment, thus adopting SCS CSSSHB 13(STA), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?"
