Today, in the Tradition, we hear the words of Psalm 143: Lord Let me hear of your loving-kindness in the morning, for I put my trust in you; show me the road that I must walk, for I lift up my soul to you. Teach me to do what pleases you, for you are my God; let your good Spirit lead me on level ground. Spirit of Life, Creator Spirit, Font of Wisdom: Be a present strong help, a goad to this Senate: That they may serve you. That they may reconcile with each other, That they may govern equitably and teach strategies of acceptance That they may live in integrity, serve in humility, and That we may be led by them into the season of healing that is now coming to greet us. 2023-03-31 Senate Journal Page 0622 O Lord Revive us, Lord, for your Name's sake; for your righteousness' sake, bring us out of trouble.
