CONSIDERATION OF THE DAILY CALENDAR THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 120 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 3 calendar (page 932), could not be considered in a technical session and will be on the May 8 calendar: HOUSE BILL NO. 120 "An Act relating to hunting, trapping, and fishing licenses for certain nonresident postsecondary students; and providing for an effective date." RECONSIDERATION HB 61 Reconsideration of the following (page 940) could not be taken up in a technical session: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 61(STA) "An Act relating to restrictions on firearms and other weapons." 2023-05-05 House Journal Page 0948 CSHB 61(STA) will be available for reconsideration May 8. UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 17 Representatives Dibert and Gray added as cosponsors to: HOUSE BILL NO. 17 "An Act relating to insurance coverage for contraceptives and related services; relating to medical assistance coverage for contraceptives and related services; and providing for an effective date." HB 134 Representative Stutes added as a cosponsor to: HOUSE BILL NO. 134 "An Act prohibiting municipalities from levying a tax on the transfer of real property; prohibiting the state from levying a tax on the transfer of real property; and relating to municipal taxation of mobile telecommunications services." HB 157 Representative Dibert added as a cosponsor to: HOUSE BILL NO. 157 "An Act establishing Juneteenth Day as a legal holiday."
