Representatives Armstrong, Galvin, Patkotak, and Rauscher had been excused from a call of the House today. The invocation was offered by the Chaplain, Father Michael Galbraith of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. Representative Vance moved and asked unanimous consent that the invocation be spread on the journal. There being no objection, it was so ordered. God of the universe, we give you thanks for giving us another day. We ask your blessing upon this assembly and upon all who call upon your name. Send your spirit to fill their hearts with those divine gifts you have prepared for them.
