(HCR 4 – Title change resolution) Representative Schrage objected. The question being: "Shall the House adopt HCS CSSB 140(RLS)?" Representative C. Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent to rescind previous action in failing to adopt HCS CSSB 140(RLS). There was objection. The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess; and so, the House recessed at 12:53 p.m.
