Representative Eastman objected. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 7(W&M) be adopted in lieu of the original resolution?" Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Gray: Page 2, line 22, following "subsection": Insert "An individual is not eligible for a dividend under this subsection if the individual earned more then $150,000 in the calendar year preceding the year the dividend is paid."
