    "An Act relating to the Alaska performance scholarship program."                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Representative Tomaszewski moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                 
abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was                                                            
heard, and he was required to vote.
