Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 345, relating to safety ladders                                                          
at municipal harbor facilities; and relating to the harbor facility grant                                                       
fund, was enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker and                                                          
Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the
