the following resolution and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 14                                                                                    
         Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e),                                                                          
         Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,                                                                         
         concerning House Bill No. 104, relating to salvage                                                                     
         sales of timber, negotiated timber sales for local                                                                     
         manufacture of wood products, and expedited timber
