Message dated July 24 was received stating the Governor has let the                                                             
following bill become law without signature and transmitted the                                                                 
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for                                                           
permanent filing:                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE BILL NO. 256 "An Act establishing May                                                                           
         as Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Awareness Month;
