Message dated August 16 was received stating the Governor has let                                                               
the following bill become law without signature and transmitted the                                                             
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for                                                           
permanent filing:                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE BILL NO. 205 am "An Act authorizing the                                                                         
         Alaska Housing Finance Corporation to acquire or

         purchase a building that it occupies for an amount                                                                     
         that does not exceed $8,000,000; and providing for
