Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on August 30 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the                                                           
Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing:                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
         CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 74(FIN) "An Act                                                                                 
         relating to an interstate physical therapy licensure                                                                   
         compact; relating to the licensure of physical                                                                         
         therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational                                                                
         therapists, and occupational therapy assistants; and
