Message was received stating the Governor signed the following bill                                                             
on September 5 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                             
the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing:                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
         SENATE BILL NO. 13 "An Act relating to costs of                                                                        
         and charges for textbooks and other course materials                                                                   
         required for University of Alaska courses; and
