A message dated February 28 was read stating the Governor read the                                                              
following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 6(RES) am                                                                                 
    Supporting oil and gas leasing and development within the                                                                   
    National Petroleum Reserve in Alaska; and urging President                                                                  
    Biden and the United States Department of the Interior to approve
