Senator Hoffman was excused from a call of the Senate. Senators Costello, Myers, Olson, Stevens, Wilson were absent. The prayer was offered by the Chaplain, Father Patrick Casey, Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Senator Stedman moved and asked unanimous consent the prayer be spread.
