Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call of the Senate be waived. Without objection, it was so ordered. Messages from the Governor HB 10 Message was read stating the Governor signed the following bill on June 8 and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for permanent filing: HOUSE BILL NO. 10 "An Act relating to the Funter Bay marine park unit of the state park system; relating to protection of the social and historical significance of the Unangax cemetery located in Funter Bay; providing for the amendment of the management plan for the Funter Bay marine park unit; and providing for an effective date." Enrollment SB 55 SENATE BILL NO. 55 "An Act relating to employer contributions to the Public Employees' Retirement System of Alaska; and providing for an effective date" was enrolled, signed by the President and Secretary, Speaker and Chief Clerk and the engrossed and enrolled copies transmitted to the Office of the Governor at 10:20 a.m., June 8, 2021. Adjournment Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the Senate stand in adjournment until 11:00 a.m., June 11, 2021.
