Senator Begich objected, questioning the process by which SENATE BILL NO. 40 was reported out of the State Affairs Committee. Senator Stevens, Acting Majority Leader, moved to postpone the question regarding the State Affairs Committee report on SENATE BILL NO. 40 to March 24, 2021. The question being: "Shall the Senate postpone the question on the State Affairs Committee report on SENATE BILL NO. 40 until March 24, 2021?"
