SB 7                                                                                                                          
SENATE BILL NO. 7 "An Act requiring the Department of Public                                                                    
Safety to publish certain policies and procedures on the department's                                                           
Internet website" was read the second time.                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Senator Holland, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Judiciary Committee Substitute offered on page 1839.                                                            
Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no                                                            
further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 7(JUD) was adopted.                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
President Micciche stated CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 7(JUD) will                                                                    
advance to third reading on the March 8 calendar.                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
SB 198                                                                                                                        
SENATE BILL NO. 198 "An Act providing that Rampart School is                                                                    
located within the Yukon-Koyukuk School District regional                                                                       
educational attendance area; and providing for an effective date" was                                                           
read the second time.                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
President Micciche stated SENATE BILL NO. 198 will advance to

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 3(JUD) "An Act relating to the definition

Senator Holland, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Judiciary Senate Committee Substitute offered on page                                                           
1724. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There                                                               
being no further objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL
