Senator Bishop, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered today. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. Senator Begich offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, Line 3 - 4: Delete "Academic Improvement and Modernization" Insert "Reads" Senator Begich moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Kawasaki objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
