Our loving Heavenly Parent, we greet you this morning from the chambers of the Alaska House of Representatives, the people's house. We are gathered here for the greater public good: the elected leaders of Alaska, the support clerks, the pages, the legislative staff, the people of Alaska, and the guests. Before we start today's session, we take a moment, right now, to invite you to be with us. We seek your kind attention to the matters that mean a lot to us. We pray to calm our heart, to quiet our mind and enter your silence. Let us be still for a moment, such that we might overhear your voice that speaks to our inner being. 2022-05-04 House Journal Page 2768 We know you are always with us.
