CONSIDERATION OF THE DAILY CALENDAR THIRD READING OF HOUSE BILLS HB 145 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 14 calendar (page 2532), could not be considered in a technical session and will be on the April 19 calendar: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 145(HSS) "An Act relating to the Board of Pharmacy; relating to health care services provided by pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; and relating to the practice of pharmacy." HB 149 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 14 calendar (page 2537), could not be considered in a technical session and will be on the April 19 calendar: CS FOR HOUSE BILL 149(FIN) am "An Act relating to allowing certain child day care providers to 2022-04-15 House Journal Page 2554 organize for the purpose of collective bargaining; and establishing the child day care provider fund." HB 306 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 14 calendar (page 2538), could not be considered in a technical session and will be on the April 19 calendar: HOUSE BILL NO. 306 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Pharmacy; and providing for an effective date." HOUSE BILLS IN THIRD READING HB 246 The following, which was held in third reading from the April 14 calendar (page 2540), could not be considered in a technical session and will be on the April 19 calendar: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 246(FIN) "An Act restricting the release of certain records of convictions; relating to misconduct involving marijuana by persons 18, 19, or 20 years of age; amending Rule 17(h), Alaska Rules of Minor Offense Procedure; and providing for an effective date." UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 226 Representative Kreiss-Tomkins added as a cosponsor to: HOUSE BILL NO. 226 "An Act relating to the compensation of certain public officials, officers, and employees not covered by collective bargaining agreements; increasing the salaries of certain attorneys employed by the state; and providing for an effective date."
